Please schedule a consultation with Jona before signing up for any of her programs. These coaching programs are designed to stretch and challenge you.

Often, the human body and mind prefer to stay with what is familiar. This may happen even when what is familiar is not in alignment with your goals or the healthiest option. Since your work with Jona will be healing or shifting long-standing beliefs, you are likely to encounter some resistance to these changes. For some people, this may manifest as finding excuses to avoid sessions.

Similar to physical training as an athlete, you can prepare for natural resistance to mental/emotional change and develop ways to overcome these challenges so that you reach your goals.  Resisting change commonly shows up as making excuses not to attend sessions, feeling sick, or having seemingly unrelated issues pop up when we you supposed to meet with Jona. To break through to new levels and clear old patterns you must consistently show up. If you are not feeling well or do not want to show up, please still come to your session and tell Jona about it. She will find ways to safely and effectively work with where you're at so that you continue to make progress toward your goals.
